Paxton turned two months old last Wednesday. It is so weird because in my mind I have him frozen at two weeks! I am glad we are not at that point still! He is just blossoming by the day.
-He is on the verge of laughing and I love it.
-He loves talking and being talked to.
-He has recently discovered his hands, I love watching his reaction when he finds them two inches from his face!
-He is starting to do a little better at sleeping, nothing award winning though! I have had one seven hour stretch and a few five hour ones, four is pretty typical though.
-He is still a
grunty, loud, hard to feed eater! This is why I pump before leaving the house rather then nursing in public.
All in all, I just love my boy. I can see that I am getting closer and closer to the next faze of sitting up and playing with toys, and I cannot wait for this!

This, if you cannot tell, is Paxton's bassinet. No, I do not take all of the stuff out
every night so he can sleep in it. Why, you might ask? Because, Paxton does not and will not sleep in it. From day one, he has despised it. It has now become my place to throw junk, like I needed another spot for that! Instead, he spends most of the night in his swing! The other part he is in bed with me. I have created a monster and do no know how to undo what I have done. I am not ready to put him in the crib yet because Lyric still sleeps in it. I love knowing that when I put her to bed, she is there to stay! It's not him sleeping in the swing that I mind, it's the in bed with me part that I swore I would NEVER do! Oh well, I have
no one to blame but me!
