Some more building with my sign wood. They keep very entertained!

Lyric can eat tomatoes how I've always wished I could.

Meet Paxton's tom the turkey disguised as a football player. He chose each thing he wanted on him. Along with the random basketball.
This crazy contortionist finally surrendered to sleep in a very peculiar position.
Lyric was thrilled to find her American girl doll. She was even more excited to find their matching robes.
She discovered the box of stuffed animals. Sadly, most of our house is still in boxes. It kind of feels like Christmas to the kids when they find a box of toys.

These Two

I love the relationship these two are forming. As Kylee is getting older, they are really starting to play together.

Wood

Besides making signs, my wood is most often used to make a ramp for Paxton's cars.

The kids had their second "Champions Club" today. Kind of a neat positive reinforcement for the kids.

Last night we went to costcos open house. We were shocked by the amount of food they were handing out. We expected samples, but there was just about everything they sell in the store! We almost ate beforehand and were so glad we didn't. It was pretty fun. Today Kylee and I went to the first day opening. It was heaven finally being in a Costco. SAMs just doesn't cut it for me. We spent almost two hours going up and down every single aisle.
Kylee has been loving using her notebook to color and draw in. She does it pretty much daily. It's cute to see her version of all of the things she draws.
She's been getting a little too lucky lately and falling asleep on our bed. Since they all three share a room, it gets tricky when two need to go Down at the same time, and those two have a hard time settling down together. So, it feels easier to put her in our bed.

On Monday we walked to school. Our van was having issues, again, and Mike has a class that starts at 8. The kids were thrilled. It was chilly, but actually not bad. I got warm after walking for a bit. The most annoying part was that it was very wet outside so my hair went crazy.

Kylee and I love getting cones at McDonalds. Best off all, they're only 49 cents here.
This is the bracelet they had to wear when we went to the school fall carnival. She insisted on not taking it off, so it stayed on for about a week and a half until it fell off on its own.

Miss Independent

She loves getting dressed all on her own. I love it too!

Carving

Admitadley, I don't love pumpkin carving. So, it was kind of nice to let the kids take over and do their own thing. In order, Kylees, Paxton's, Paxton's from school, and then Lyrics.

Sleepy

This lucky girl got to sleep in bed with me for the three nights Mike was gone. Is that a new bedspread that she's on?

First Game

Packy had his first basketball game yesterday. Their team won, 20-12. He did great. It's a new, loud, and fast environment. Afterward we went to Taco Bell and cold stone. Side note, Kylees lunch was a 40 cent tortilla. So healthy. No pictures of the game because my cell phone just doesn't cut it that far away.

Babysitting Co-op

Friday night there was ten kids over. Lyric was the oldest and the rest were 6 and under. Mike was gone so I was flying solo. Lyric was a great help. Every four weeks they'll be ten kids here, and the other three weeks Mike and I will be out without kids!!

Halloween

The kids had fun at the ward Halloween party. Lyric was off with her friend most of the time so I didn't get many pictures of her. Mike took them out the next night trick or treating.

Piggy Tails

Kylee wanted her hair in pigtails just like Lyric. She loved how her hair looked.

Beads

These were the souvenirs Mike brought the kids home from New Orleans. You can't beat free! They were thrilled.

Truth

Today during sacrament meeting a lady was basically giving a biography of her life. Paxton said, she's been talking a long time, is she allowed to do that, cause I'm getting really bored. Oh Paxton, I agree.

Straight

Kylee begged to have her hair straightened. She looks like a different kid. I'm not so sure she knows whether or not she even likes it! She loses her identity!

Basketball

I know these are blurry. Packy started basketball. He's in love. It's way different than anything he's done. There's lots to learn and he has a mom who gets anxious watching him!
