Tonight at dinner Lyric asked, "Mom can I have some ketchup for my...." of course I thought it was for her burrito. Not my favorite, but understandable. But, when she finished the question and asked, "....for my apples?" I was a little grossed out! I non-chalantly poured the ketchup on her plate, and away she went, dipping her apples! The other day she did this, but I thought she was just being silly, apparently not! I am not brave enough to try this, but let me know if you are!
On a side note, I have been able to save on laundry with Lyric lately. All she wants to do is wear her dance recital costume and watch the dance DVD ALL day. I think she will have all three hours memorized soon!

I know you ate ketchup with everything when you were a kid but NEVER apples!
I noticed she was in her cute dance recital outfit. As much as those cost I guess she might as well wear it to her hearts content. PLus being a dancer takes lots of practice Mommy!

Yeah, that sounds disgusting!! I was a ketchup fiend too, but like Mom said, never with apples!
Wow, maybe she should actually join a 6-8 year old class this year with all the dance practice time she's put in! It's propelled her way of the rest:-) Sort of like skipping a grade!
