Sleepy

This lucky girl got to sleep in bed with me for the three nights Mike was gone. Is that a new bedspread that she's on?

First Game

Packy had his first basketball game yesterday. Their team won, 20-12. He did great. It's a new, loud, and fast environment. Afterward we went to Taco Bell and cold stone. Side note, Kylees lunch was a 40 cent tortilla. So healthy. No pictures of the game because my cell phone just doesn't cut it that far away.

Babysitting Co-op

Friday night there was ten kids over. Lyric was the oldest and the rest were 6 and under. Mike was gone so I was flying solo. Lyric was a great help. Every four weeks they'll be ten kids here, and the other three weeks Mike and I will be out without kids!!

Halloween

The kids had fun at the ward Halloween party. Lyric was off with her friend most of the time so I didn't get many pictures of her. Mike took them out the next night trick or treating.

Piggy Tails

Kylee wanted her hair in pigtails just like Lyric. She loved how her hair looked.

Beads

These were the souvenirs Mike brought the kids home from New Orleans. You can't beat free! They were thrilled.

Truth

Today during sacrament meeting a lady was basically giving a biography of her life. Paxton said, she's been talking a long time, is she allowed to do that, cause I'm getting really bored. Oh Paxton, I agree.

Straight

Kylee begged to have her hair straightened. She looks like a different kid. I'm not so sure she knows whether or not she even likes it! She loses her identity!

Basketball

I know these are blurry. Packy started basketball. He's in love. It's way different than anything he's done. There's lots to learn and he has a mom who gets anxious watching him!
This girl loves her picture taken anywhere and everywhere we go.

Blueberry Girl

I bought a SAMs club size thing of blueberries and they were gone within hours.

Sunsets

The only thing pretty about this city are the sunsets. Clear skies and lots of times there's a pink hue to them.

Turkey

This is Lexi. Lyric had to disguise a turkey for class and chose to do Lexi. Blue feathers are earrings, pink boa is a scarf, and she even included the glasses.

Sneak

I got out of the shower and Kylee was hiding. She had snuck the sour patch kids and went to town on them.

Saturday

Today was such a nice day and the kids were able to hang out outside. We couldn't find the sidewalk chalk, so I made some sidewalk paint for them. Kept them entertained for a while! Then, to convince Kylee to take a tub, I made her some bathtub paint. She still acted like a complete spazz when it came to hair washing. I think she'll need counseling to get over whatever phobia she has with that.
